Scheduling Policy

When you book your lessons, you are reserving your spot on the schedule.

All Monthly Lesson Packages allow you to reschedule your lesson once a month if canceled with at least 24-hour notice.

All Lessons must be paid for in advance using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or ApplePay.

I do not teach on national holidays. If your regularly scheduled lesson falls on a national holiday, your lesson will rollover into the following week.

Cancellation & Pause Policy

I require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduled session within the same calendar month at no additional cost.

Any cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will result in a forfeiture of payment for that week's lesson.

Should I have to cancel a lesson, I will either refund the cost of that lesson or book a replacement lesson. You can also roll that lesson over into future weeks.

Buying 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual Packages allows you to have a single "Pause" within your lesson plan and "Bank" your lesson for future use.

3-Months - Pause for up to 4 weeks. All credits for a 3-Month Pack must be used within 6 Months of purchase.

6-Months - Pause for up to 8 weeks. All credits for a 6-Month Pack must be used within 9 Months of purchase.

Annual Pass - Pause for up to 12 weeks. All credits for an Annual Pass must be used within 15 Months of purchase.
